Here’s the lowdown.
Small classes- Here, you’re not just a number. We keep the classes small (10 people max) so you receive personal attention from the trainer. It’s like a personal training session, but with a group atmosphere. Hello best of both worlds.
Predictable schedule- We have a weekly schedule so you’ll be able to plan your workouts accordingly. No surprises when you show up.
Community over everything- We’re a family, you’ll feel that from the second you walk in the door. No intimidation here.
Children are welcome- Mom, we get it, it’s tough to make time for yourself amongst your busy schedule. As long as your kids can entertain themselves, feel free to bring them. We have an area specifically for your littles.
About the Workout.
Think group fitness with a twist. Our 45-minute, HIIT-style strength training classes are max 10 people so you get special attention like with a personal trainer, but with the empowering group fitness vibes. Our predictable schedule switches up the muscle group depending on the day of the week making it easy to get full-body results. Our goal is to help you meet yours!
